I chose this hotel hoping for a nice family experience, and while the food was delicious and the hotel has great facilities, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The pool initially wasn’t heated enough and it took over a day for management to address it, leaving us frustrated. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and kids area left much to be desired. Overall, it had its positives but the negatives really impacted our experience.
